I’ve lived at one one of Symphony’s properties for over a year now, Bellagio, and I have had only 2 problems(I wouldn’t even call them problems due to how well they resolved them). One was my refrigerator which I put in a maintenance request form and it was fixed the next day! They replaced my entire fridge with a new one that very day, I was more than satisfied. Also my ac had a problem and wasn’t working this past week, I put in a maintenance request form and contacted Kathleen due to the emergency of the situation in this Florida summer heat! Not only did she drop what she was doing to call the maintenance man, but she checked in to make sure the right new part was ordered and put in the next day! I can’t begin to express my gratitude for how caring she was for my situation, she truly put herself in my shoes and made sure I didn’t have to live in such an uncomfortable situation for any longer than I had to!
