*Resident must live in one of our communities community and be current on their rent.

*The new Referral must mention the residents name during the first contact with one of our leasing agents through their guest card.

*New residents must sign a minimum 12 month lease.

*Current resident will get their $200 credit after 30 days of the new resident (their friend) having moved in. Credit is subject to the new resident being current on their monthly rent.
